    Q: What’s the difference between Raptor & Rogue tool bags?

    A: Raptor is our standard range of tool bags that come with a 12-month Warranty, our Rogue series tool bags are our Premium range and come with a 3-year Warranty amongst many other benefits, please view the full range on this site.

     

    Q: What materials are used for each Range?

    A: Raptor: The outer body of the Raptor range is manufactured using 1200D water resistant material and all products have a waterproof base along with M10 zippers.

    Rogue: The outer body of our Rogue range are manufactured using 1680D water resistant material and all have a 3mm polypropylene waterproof base. Further features include  Ergonomic comfort grip handle, stainless steel rivets, innovative Fidlock Magnetic fittings, Cobra military buckles, renowned M10 YKK zippers and Thermoformed back or side panels for extra comfort whilst transporting your tools.

     

    Q: Why Rogue Series?

    A: Simple, our valued customers requested a premium range at an affordable price point.

    We set about designing the Rogue range using high end materials and fittings to enable tradesmen easier access and transportation of their tools.

     

    Q: Are Velocity Tool bags waterproof?

    A: Our bases are waterproof and the main body of the bags are water resistant, however we do not recommend leaving your Velocity tool bag out in the rain.

     

    Q: Where do I complete my Warranty registration?

    A: For our Raptor range you will need to show proof of purchase or register your purchase when you create an account.

    For the Rogue range you have a unique warranty-registration ID card inside your tool bag, you can either scan the barcode which will take you directly to our Warranty-registration page or visit www.velocity-progear/warranty.com  to register your Rogue product.

    Registering your Rogue product also has the added benefit of Velocity returning your bag if it is lost and found through your unique ID card.

     

    Q: How do I make a claim?

    A: Either return the product to one of our wholesaler/distributors with proof of Purchase or complete our Warranty claim form (insert link) for all products purchased directly from Velocity Progear. Proof of purchase through registration will be required for us to process your claim.

     

    Q: Do you ship to other countries?

    A: We do offer International shipping which will be calculated during your purchase through our website. All UK orders are delivered free of charge.

     

    Q: Can I track my order?

    A: All UK orders are delivered by DPD on a next day service, you will receive a text and an email notifying you of you 1-hour delivery time slot.

    Q: Where are Velocity Progear tool bags made?

    A: Our bags are manufactured at our partner factories in the Far East.

    We frequently make factory visits to ensure QC protocol is followed and to discuss new designs and product development to ensure you are getting the very best Velocity Progear products.
